House Rules for Short-Term Property Rentals
Welcome to Urban Retreat! To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 3:00pm, and check-out time is at 12:00pm.
Early check-ins or late check-outs must be prearranged and are subject to availability.
Occupancy:
Maximum of 4 people for the two-bedroom unit
Maximum of 2 people for the one-bedroom unit.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Noise and Disturbance:
Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.
No loud music or parties are allowed on the premises.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.
If approved, an additional pet fee may apply.
Smoking:
This property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Guests violating this rule may incur additional cleaning fees.
Damages and Losses:
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
Report any issues immediately.
Kitchen and Appliances:
Please clean up after using the kitchen.
Appliances must be turned off when not in use.
Garbage and Recycling:
Dispose of trash in the provided bins.
Leave garbage outside the door during designated hours as indicated on the provided tag.
Amenities:
Respect shared amenities and follow any posted rules.
Report any malfunctions promptly.
Security:
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.
Parking:
Follow designated parking instructions.
Do not park in restricted areas.
