Booking Policy:

  1. Full Payment at Booking:

    • To secure your reservation, 100% of the total booking amount is due at the time of reservation.

  2. Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Arrival:

    • If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

  3. Cancellation Less than 30 Days Before Arrival:

    • Cancellation made more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

  4. No-Show or Early Departure:

    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

  5. Modification Policy:

    • Changes to your reservation, including dates or guest count, may be subject to additional fees and are subject to availability.

  6. Contact Information:

Please review this policy carefully before making your reservation. By completing the booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Reservation Confirmation Policy:

  1. Two-Bedroom Unit:

    • Reservation confirmation is for up to 4 guests in the two-bedroom unit.

  2. One-Bedroom Unit:

    • Reservation confirmation is for up to 2 guests in the one-bedroom unit.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy:

  1. Check-In Time:

    • Check-in time is at 3:00 PM.

  2. Check-Out Time:

    • Check-out time is at 12:00 PM.

  3. Late Check-In:

    • Guests can request a late check-in. Please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  4. Late Check-Out:

    • Late check-out is based on availability. Guests can request a late check-out, at hello@accrabookings.com and approval may be granted if the unit is not booked for the same day. Additional charges may apply for late check-out.

Cleaning Policy:

  1. No Cleaning Fee:

    • We do not charge a separate cleaning fee for your stay.

  2. Weekly Cleaning for Stays Exceeding 10 Days:

    • For guests staying more than 10 days, a complimentary weekly cleaning service will be provided.

Smoking Policy:

1. No Smoking in the Unit:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.

2. Designated Smoking Spaces:

  • Guests who wish to smoke may do so in designated outdoor areas. Please use provided ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

3. No Smoking of Illegal Substances:

  • The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

4. Smoking Fee:

  • A smoking fee will be charged for smoking in the unit. The specific amount is 500 USD. This fee covers the cost of additional cleaning and restoration to maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests.

Noise or Party Restrictions Policy:

  1. No Parties:

    • Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the premises.

  2. Quiet Hours:

    • Quiet hours are in effect after 9:00 PM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.

  3. Banquet Hall Booking:

    • For events or gatherings, we have a banquet hall available for booking. Please inquire about availability and terms.

  4. Violation Consequences:

    • Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Pet Policy:

  1. Pet-Friendly Property (Subject to Approval):

    • Our property may accommodate pets, but their presence is subject to approval.

  2. Pet Fee and Refundable Security Deposit:

    • A non-refundable pet fee of 30 USD per day is required if your pet is approved.

    • In addition, a refundable security deposit of 500 USD is required at the time of booking.

  3. Number and Size Limit:

    • Approval is required for a maximum of 1 pet per stay.

    • Pets must weigh no more than 70 pounds.

  4. Types of Pets:

    • We consider dogs and cats for approval. Please inquire about other types of pets.

  5. Prior Notification:

    • Guests must inform us in advance if they plan to bring a pet.

  6. Behaviour Expectations (Including "No Pet on Furniture"):

    • Pet owners are kindly requested to ensure that their pets do not climb or sit on any furniture within the accommodation, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring a suitable pet bed or blanket for your pet's comfort.

  7. Pet Waste:

    • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

    • Waste disposal bags are provided for your convenience.

  8. In-Room Crates:

    • While not required, we recommend the use of pet crates when guests are not in the room.

  9. Damages:

    • Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

    • The refundable security deposit will be returned within 48 hours after the stay, provided no damages are observed.

  10. Disturbances:

    • If a pet becomes a nuisance or disturbs other guests, the owner may be asked to remove the pet from the property.

  11. Local Regulations:

    • Guests must comply with local regulations regarding pet ownership.

  12. Exclusion of Aggressive Breeds:

    • For the safety of all guests, we reserve the right to exclude certain breeds deemed aggressive.

  13. Vaccinations:

    • Proof of up-to-date vaccinations may be requested.

  14. Pet-Free Zones:

    • Certain areas of the property may be designated as pet-free zones.
